Down Into The Depths

Ash is able to break away from the rapidly sinking Lugia, but can only manage to float at the surface, with Pikachu next to him — he’s exhausted! As Lugia sinks toward the bottom of the sea, its only thought is that it has failed. Lugia’s final thought is echoed above the surface — in the absence of Lugia, the climate has once again gone wild!
