Hearing that Ash is a Pokémon Trainer, Melody gives him the traditional welcome kiss. As Ash blushes, Melody asks if Misty is his younger sister — to which Misty says no. Melody then assumes that Misty is Ash’s girlfriend, which gets Misty even more upset! Melody tells Misty that she must borrow Ash for the festival, for the “chosen one deserves a real woman…not a little girl!” Misty is not happy.
