The stormy seas are almost too much for Melody’s powerboat, and the boat spends as much time out of the water as it does in it. On one airborne trip, Team Rocket is thrown from the boat, only to land safely on the island. Shortly thereafter, the entire boat is tossed from the sea as if a toy, and lands on the island near Maren’s boat.
