The Proposition

“Those fools thought you were a scientific experiment, but I–I see you as a valuable partner,” says the elusive leader of the notorious Team Rocket. The Boss proposes that Mewtwo join forces with him and together they can rule the world. He explains that Mewtwo’s powers are far too unpredictable, and Team Rocket can teach it to control and focus those powers. Then Mewtwo would be invincible.
