The Tempest–A Bad Omen

The harbormaster Miranda tells a legend of a terrible storm–the Winds of Water–that will wipe out all but a few Pokémon. In their sorrow, the waters of their tears will restore the lives of those lost in the storm. When some trainers insist on going, Officer Jenny gives them one more piece of bad news–Nurse Joy has been missing for close to a month, and the Pokémon Center has been shut down!
